GENERAL COUNSEL SERVICES

We frequently serve as outside general counsel for clients that do not maintain full time in-house legal staff. Our role as outside general counsel allows us to stay current on our client’s evolving business needs and assist with all of our client’s legal needs, including structuring, negotiating, and documenting commercial transactions, supply and distribution agreements, license agreements, and executive compensation and other employment-related agreements.
